Lessons and equipment:
If you haven’t tried cross-country skiing yet then we recommend an introduction course. This course takes about 4 hours during which you will learn the most important sequences of movements for classic cross-country skiing. There is also a skating course but it takes longer and requires some practising and physical fitness. Some rental companies offer a cross-country ski package which already includes the equipment.
Biathlon in Obertilliach:
The Biathlon Centre, directly at the cross-country ski trails along the border, provides fans of the Nordic sports with everything they wish for.
